Dear Compass Pointe Owners,
Due to the concerns surrounding the Covid-19 virus, the Board has come to the decision that the Clubhouse will be CLOSED TO EVERYONE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: OWNERS, RENTERS, GUESTS, AND REALTORS effective as of 4:00 PM March 21st until further notice. The CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) recommends that people practice "social distancing" by remaining at least 6 feet away from each other. We will abide by this recommendation, and renters must abide by this as well.
This closure is in effect for all rooms of the Clubhouse, including the bathrooms and the gym.
All access codes to the Clubhouse will be disabled today at 4PM.
OWNERS WHO RENT: please inform any incoming renters that the Clubhouse will be closed to them. I will be putting signs on all the doors as well.
RENTAL CHECK-IN PROCESS: Documents will be taped to the unit's door in an envelope with a request to fill out and return the documents to a labeled, plastic bin outside of the Clubhouse door where I will retrieve them as needed. Please continue to let me know as far in advance as possible when you expect to have renters on-site.
